Peak ATP
Silver· human dataAlso known as: Adenosine triphosphate
Oral ATP marketed for strength and blood flow, with limited, mostly industry-linked data.
Peak ATP is an oral form of adenosine triphosphate marketed to improve strength, power and blood flow. Notably, oral ATP is not thought to raise intramuscular ATP directly; any effect is proposed to be indirect, via extracellular signalling.
A small body of mostly manufacturer-associated trials reports modest benefits to strength and lean mass, but independent replication is thin. It is an interesting, unproven ingredient rather than a reliable one.
